  • Supply, sell, transfer, or license material from the candidate database, or any copy of it, to any other person, including other entities in your group of companies;
  • Use candidate information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than recruitment;
  • Fail to comply with applicable privacy, data protection, and anti-spam laws.

You agree to delete candidate information when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was obtained or when we instruct you to do so to comply with applicable law.

9. Service Availability

We aim to ensure that AgFoodJobs.com is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the website or Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, failures of third-party service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.
