3. Refund Terms

3.1 Job Posting Removal: If you request a refund due to job posting removal before publication, the refund amount will be determined based on the number of days remaining before the posting was scheduled to go live. A processing fee may apply.

3.2 Posting Errors: If you request a refund due to technical errors that prevent proper job posting, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the severity of the issue.

3.3 Unsatisfactory Results: If you are dissatisfied with the results of your job posting, a refund may be issued only if it can be demonstrated that the job board’s service did not meet the standards or promises outlined at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Processing
