Farmer Network Success Manager in WHIN at Saskatchewan Canada

WHIN (Wabash Heartland Innovation Network) is an innovative nonprofit organization focused on accelerating technology adoption in agriculture and rural communities. The organization works closely with farmers and technology companies to evaluate, test, and deploy real-world technologies that improve productivity and strengthen regional agricultural ecosystems.

We are seeking a Farmer Network Success Manager to help expand and strengthen our network of innovative farmers adopting new agricultural technologies.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with farmers, support them in adopting technologies validated by WHIN, and help accelerate innovation across regional farming communities. You will actively recruit new farmers into the network, conduct regular engagement sessions, and gather operational insights that support technology adoption and field implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted long-term relationships with farmers across the region
• Expand and manage the regional farmer network
• Recruit and onboard innovative farmers into the network
• Conduct regular check-ins to gather insights and feedback from farmers
• Maintain engagement records and insights using CRM systems
• Act as a trusted advisor supporting adoption of new agricultural technologies
• Travel frequently across Saskatchewan and Manitoba to strengthen network engagement

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture, agronomy, or agricultural technology roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working with farmers or agricultural networks
• Familiarity with modern farming technologies and digital agriculture tools
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and field engagement activities
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region
