Precision Agriculture Data Analyst Intern at ASPL

ASPL is California-based AgTech company specializing in AI-driven precision farming solutions. We work with growers across the Central Valley to optimize crop yield, soil health, and water efficiency using advanced data analytics, satellite imagery, and predictive modeling.

We are seeking a Precision Agriculture Data Analyst to join our growing AgTech team in Fresno, California.

The ideal candidate will work closely with agronomists, farm managers, and software engineers to analyze field-level data and deliver actionable insights to growers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze soil, crop, and weather data using GIS and remote sensing tools

• Develop yield optimization models using Python and data analytics tools

• Support farm clients with precision irrigation and nutrient strategies

• Prepare technical reports and client dashboards

• Collaborate with engineering team to improve decision-support tools

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in precision agriculture or ag data analytics

• Strong knowledge of GIS tools and farm data platforms

• Proficiency in Python or R preferred

• Understanding of California crop systems (almonds, grapes, tomatoes preferred)

• Strong analytical and communication skills
