Job Description

We are seeking a senior fresh produce commercial leader to take ownership of fresh produce sales in the U.S. market.

This is a fractional, flexible role designed for a highly experienced industry professional—potentially semi-retired or operating independently—who brings deep pineapple fresh produce category knowledge and strong customer relationships across the U.S. fresh produce trade.

The Opportunity

You will lead and grow sales. The role is commercially focused, relationship-driven, and operates with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage U.S. sales and key customer relationships

• Allocate and manage weekly volumes.

• Maintain and expand relationships with importers, distributors, and retail/wholesale customers.

• Negotiate pricing, programs, and commercial terms aligned with market dynamics.

• Provide ongoing market intelligence (pricing, demand trends, competition).

• Coordinate with supply, logistics, and operations to ensure reliable execution.

• Support selective business development opportunities beyond the West Coast, as required.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in fresh produce sales.

• Established relationships across the U.S. produce trade.

• Proven ability to operate independently in a senior, hands-on commercial role.

• Comfortable in a fractional, advisory, or flexible engagement model.

• U.S.-based (West Coast preferred).
