Technology Adoption Manager in WHIN at Saskatchewan Canada

WHIN (Wabash Heartland Innovation Network) is an innovative nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating technology adoption in agriculture and rural communities. The organization works with farmers and technology companies to test, validate, and implement practical technologies that improve farm productivity and strengthen regional agriculture.

We are seeking a Technology Adoption Manager to support the implementation and adoption of innovative agricultural technologies across farms in the Central Prairies region of Canada.

In this role, you will work directly with farmers and technology companies to help deploy technologies such as sensor-based monitoring systems, automation tools, and decision-support platforms. You will provide hands-on technical support, monitor pilot projects, and help farmers successfully integrate modern technologies into their farming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation of new agricultural technologies on farms
• Provide field-level technical support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with farmers and technology providers to track technology performance
• Monitor pilot projects and gather field feedback
• Maintain records and insights using CRM tools
• Travel frequently across Saskatchewan and Manitoba to support farmers

• 5+ years of experience in agricultural technology, agronomy, or farm operations
• Strong understanding of modern farming systems and agtech solutions
• Ability to work independently in farm environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with farmers or agricultural technology companies
• Willingness to travel frequently for field implementation activities
