Fair hiring & non-discrimination
Employers, recruiters and agencies using the Site agree to comply with all applicable employment,
human rights and anti-discrimination laws in the jurisdictions where they advertise jobs or hire
candidates, including laws in the United States and Canada. You must not post or request content
that is discriminatory, misleading or unlawful. AgFoodJobs.com may edit, refuse or
remove any advertisement that, in our opinion, breaches these requirements or may bring
AgFoodJobs.com into disrepute.
Service availability
We aim to keep AgFoodJobs.com available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but the Site may
occasionally be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our

Content, links & third-party sites
If your advertisement or profile contains links to another site, you are responsible for
maintaining those links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may
remove from AgFoodJobs.com any advertisement or content which, in our opinion, is
defamatory, offensive, unlawful or likely to bring AgFoodJobs.com into disrepute.
Vacancies you post on AgFoodJobs.com may also appear on third-party recruitment or
partner websites pursuant to our agreements with those sites. We are not responsible for the acts
or omissions of such third-party sites.
Rights in the candidate database
All intellectual property and database rights in the candidate database belong to
AgFoodJobs.com or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership

Use of the candidate database
The candidate information you are entitled to receive from the database depends on the product
you have purchased from us. You may:
– Use, search or download candidate information solely for the purpose of finding suitable
candidates for specific job vacancies for your organisation or your client; and
– Use candidate contact details only to communicate about genuine recruitment opportunities.
You may not:
– Supply, sell, re-sell or license material from the candidate database, or any copy of it, to
any other person (including another member of your group of companies); or
– Use candidate information for marketing, advertising, spamming or any non-recruitment-related
purpose.
When contacting candidates, you must comply with all applicable privacy, data-protection and
anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM (United States) and CASL (Canada), where applicable.
Deletion of candidate information
You agree to delete candidate information when it is no longer reasonably required for the
specific recruitment purpose for which it was obtained, or when we request deletion in order to
comply with applicable law.
Dealings with candidates
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals you contact using information from
the Site and not to do anything which may bring AgFoodJobs.com into disrepute. You
will indemnify AgFoodJobs.com against any claim brought by an individual arising from
your breach of these obligations or any other provision of these terms and conditions.
