Join American Seafoods as a Seafood Processor aboard our at-sea processing vessels in the Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Alaska, Bering Sea, and the Aleutian Islands. You'll help convert raw fish into high-quality, market-ready products. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job in challenging sea conditions—but it's also an opportunity to earn strong compensation, build resilience, and be part of a leading seafood company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort fish by species
• Hand fillet and process fish
• Operate and monitor machinery
• Pack, label, and freeze finished products
• Inspect products for quality standards
• Clean equipment and maintain factory cleanliness
• Load/unload supplies and support vessel operations

• We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals who can thrive in a rigorous environment at sea. Ideal candidates:
• Can live and work in tight, shared quarters
• Are physically strong and can lift/move objects up to 77 lbs
• Have good balance and can handle rough seas
• Can work 12–16 hours daily, continuously for up to 4 months
• Can follow instructions in English, written and verbal
