As a Precision Ag Specialist at Nutrien, you will play a critical role in delivering and supporting digital and precision ag technologies to our grower clients. This field-based role is responsible for:

• Selling and servicing GPS, GIS, and related Precision Ag systems
• Training and supporting sales teams and growers in adopting Nutrien’s digital tools
• Coordinating product strategies and adoption events such as grower meetings and field days
• Promoting advanced ag technologies like aerial imagery, nutrient modeling, and data management
• Managing relationships with vendors, labs, and 3rd-party consultants to ensure service quality
• Collaborating with Crop Consultants, General Managers, and external tech providers to drive adoption and impact

• Associate's degree or higher in Precision Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Ag Mechanics preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Precision Ag experience or equivalent ag sales background
• Familiarity with farm operations and a strong understanding of production ag technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead training sessions or internal presentations
• Comfortable with CRM tools, ag software platforms, and mobile data systems
• Willing to travel locally and regionally as required
