The successful candidate will develop regional marketing strategies, strengthen dealer and distributor networks, promote agricultural products and AgriTech solutions, and expand ASPL's presence throughout the UAE. Responsibilities include digital marketing, campaign management, market research, customer engagement, product launches, agricultural exhibitions, and collaboration with sales teams across the GCC region. The ideal candidate should have experience in agricultural marketing, food supply chains, controlled-environment agriculture, greenhouse farming, irrigation technologies, and modern AgriTech solutions. Candidate Profile
- Experience in Agricultural or Agribusiness Marketing.
- Knowledge of UAE and GCC agricultural markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Digital Marketing and Brand Management.
- Dealer & Distributor Development experience.
- Knowledge of greenhouse farming, irrigation systems, and AgriTech.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE.
