Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional agricultural marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and FPOs.
- Promote agricultural products including seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products, farm machinery, and agri-services.
- Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities in rural and semi-urban markets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve regional growth targets.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns targeting farmers and agri-business customers.
- Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and present insights to management.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies, agricultural universities, and industry associations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Candidates with experience in agriculture, agribusiness, rural marketing, FMCG, seed companies, fertilizer companies, or farm equipment industries are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Agribusiness is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural marketing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of rural markets and dealer network development.
- Experience with digital marketing and CRM platforms is an advantage.
